화물자동차 운수사업법 제5조의9(화물자동차 안전운임위원회의 설치 등)

① 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 국토교통부장관 소속으로 화물자동차 안전운임위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Truck트^r럭 Safe세이^f프 Freight^f프^r레잇 Rate^r레잇 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 and앤드 resolve^r리잘^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

② 위원회는 위원장을 포함하여 15명 이내의 범위에서 다음 각 호의 위원으로 구성하며, 위원장은 공익을 대표하는 위원 중에서 위원회가 선출한다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 15 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 categories,캐터고^r리즈 and앤드 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 elect일렉트 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 representing^r레프^r리젠팅 the^ð더 public퍼블릭 interest:인트^r리스트

③ 위원회에는 제2항 각 호의 위원 외에 관계 행정기관의 공무원으로 구성된 3명 이내의 특별위원을 둘 수 있고, 특별위원은 위원회의 회의에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.

④ 화물자동차 안전운송원가 산정 등 위원회 업무에 관한 자문이나 위원회 심의ㆍ의결사항에 관한 사전검토 등을 위하여 위원회에 해당 분야 전문가로 구성된 전문위원회를 둔다. 이 경우 위원회는 전문위원회에 위원회 사무 중 일부를 위임할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 구성 및 운영, 특별위원의 자격 및 위촉, 전문위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
