식품의약품안전처장은 영업자에 대하여 필요하다고 인정하면 취급한 화장품에 대하여 「식품ㆍ의약품분야 시험ㆍ검사 등에 관한 법률」 제6조제2항제5호에 따른 화장품 시험ㆍ검사기관의 검사를 받을 것을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2013.7.30, 2018.3.13>
