화훼산업 발전 및 화훼문화 진흥에 관한 법률 제17조(보고ㆍ검사)

① 농림축산식품부장관은 전담기관에 대하여 그 업무에 관한 보고 또는 자료 제출을 명하거나 소속 공무원에게 현장출입 또는 서류검사를 하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 출입ㆍ검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여 주어야 한다.
