Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for Environmental Technology and Environmental Industry, Article 17-2 (Revenue, Expenditure, and Operation of the Green Transition Guarantee Account)

① 법 제6조제3항에 따라 설치된 녹색전환보증계정(이하 "보증계정"이라 한다)의 수입은 다음 각 호와 같다.

③ 보증계정에 여유자금이 있는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 방법으로 운용해야 한다.
