환경친화적 산업구조로의 전환촉진에 관한 법률 제23조의2(인증제품의 표시 등)

① 제22조에 따라 품질인증을 받은 사업자는 품질인증 표시 등 산업통상부령으로 정하는 사항을 인증제품에 표시할 수 있다. <개정 2011.5.24, 2013.3.23, 2021.10.19, 2025.10.1>

② 제22조에 따라 품질인증을 받은 사업자가 아닌 자는 품질인증을 받은 표시 또는 이와 유사한 표시를 하거나 품질인증을 받은 사업자임을 홍보(인터넷 등 전자적 방식에 의한 홍보를 포함한다)하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2011.5.24, 2021.10.19>

(2) A어 person퍼슨 that^ð댓 is이즈 not낫 a어 business비즈니스 operator아퍼^r레이터 that^ð댓 has해즈 obtained어브테인드 quality콸러티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 under언더 Article아터클 22 shall섈 not낫 display디스플레이 a어 mark마크 indicating인더케이팅 quality콸러티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 or오 a어 similar시멀러 mark,마크 or오 publicize퍼블리사이즈 that^ð댓 it잇 is이즈 a어 business비즈니스 operator아퍼^r레이터 that^ð댓 has해즈 obtained어브테인드 quality콸러티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 (including인클루딩 publicity퍼블리서티 by바이 electronic일렉트^r라닉 means민즈 such서치 as애즈 the^ð디 Internet).인터넷

③ 재제조 제품을 생산하는 사업자는 구매자가 재제조 제품임을 알 수 있도록 표시를 하여야 하며, 그 기준 및 방법은 산업통상부령으로 정한다. <신설 2021.10.19, 2025.10.1>

(3) A어 business비즈니스 operator아퍼^r레이터 that^ð댓 produces프^r러두시즈 remanufactured^r리매뉴^f팩처드 products프^r라덕츠 shall섈 mark마크 them^ð뎀 so소우 that^ð댓 purchasers퍼처서즈 can캔 tell텔 that^ð댓 they^ð데이 are아 remanufactured^r리매뉴^f팩처드 products,프^r라덕츠 and앤드 the^ð더 standards스탠더즈 and앤드 methods메^θ써즈 therefor^ð데어^f포 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade.트^r레이드

④ 재제조 제품을 생산하는 사업자는 제3항에 따라 표시한 재제조 제품에 대한 품질보증기간과 수리ㆍ교환ㆍ환불 등 보상방법 등에 관한 사항을 구매자에게 고지하여야 하며, 그 기준 및 방법은 대통령령으로 정한다. <신설 2021.10.19>
