환경친화적 자동차의 개발 및 보급 촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조의5(전용주차구역 및 충전시설의 설치 대상시설)

법 제11조의2제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 시설"이란 다음 각 호에 해당하는 시설로서 「주차장법」에 따른 주차단위구획의 총 수(같은 법에 따른 기계식주차장의 주차단위구획의 수는 제외하며, 이하 "총주차대수"라 한다)가 50개 이상인 시설 중 환경친화적 자동차 보급현황ㆍ보급계획ㆍ운행현황 및 도로여건 등을 고려하여 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도(이하 "시ㆍ도"라 한다)의 조례로 정하는 시설을 말한다. <개정 2022.1.25>
