법 제16조제2항에 따른 유급휴일 및 연차 유급휴가의 구체적인 산정기준과 유급휴일 및 연차 유급휴가 기간에 가사서비스 제공기관의 사용자(이하 "사용자"라 한다)가 가사근로자에게 지급해야 하는 임금의 산정기준은 별표 1과 같다.
