가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제39조(신고의 추후 보완)

시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장은 신고를 수리한 경우에 흠이 있어 등록부에 기록을 할 수 없을 때에는 신고인 또는 신고의무자로 하여금 보완하게 하여야 한다. 이 경우 제38조를 준용한다.
