가축분뇨의 관리 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조의2(타인 토지에의 출입 통지방법)

법 제7조의2제2항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 방법"이란 해당 토지를 관할하는 읍ㆍ면 사무소 또는 동 주민센터의 게시판, 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호가목에 따른 일반일간신문, 공보 또는 방송 등을 통하여 공고하고, 인터넷 홈페이지에도 공고하는 것을 말한다. <개정 2020.11.24>
