Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Manure, Article 9 (Exemption from the Obligation to Install Treatment Facilities, etc.)

법 제12조제1항 단서에 따라 처리시설의 설치 또는 변경의 의무가 면제되는 경우는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우로 한다. <개정 2010.10.13, 2015.3.24, 2022.4.12>
