감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률 제26조(비밀엄수)

감정평가법인등(감정평가법인 또는 감정평가사사무소의 소속 감정평가사를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)이나 그 사무직원 또는 감정평가법인등이었거나 그 사무직원이었던 사람은 업무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 다른 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2020.4.7>
