개방형 직위 및 공모 직위의 운영 등에 관한 규정 제12조(개방형임용자의 교육훈련)

소속 장관은 필요한 경우 개방형 직위에 임용될 사람 또는 임용된 사람을 공무원교육훈련기관, 교육기관 또는 행정기관 등에 파견하거나 위탁하여 일정 기간 직무수행에 필요한 교육훈련을 받게 할 수 있다.
