개방형 직위 및 공모 직위의 운영 등에 관한 규정 제18조(공모 직위의 임용방법 등)

① 공모 직위에 임용되는 공무원은 전보, 승진, 전직 또는 경력경쟁채용등(법 제28조제2항제3호에 따라 외무공무원을 일반직공무원으로 경력경쟁채용등을 하는 경우와 같은 항 제7호에 따라 지방공무원을 그 직급에 해당하는 국가공무원으로 경력경쟁채용등을 하는 경우만 해당한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)의 방법으로 임용하여야 한다. <개정 2011.11.1, 2013.12.4>

② 공모 직위에 전보, 승진, 전직 또는 경력경쟁채용등의 방법으로 경력직공무원을 임용하는 경우 보통승진심사위원회의 심사와 전직 또는 경력경쟁채용등의 시험은 제15조에 따른 선발시험으로 갈음한다. <개정 2011.11.1>
