개성공업지구 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조(통행차량증명서의 발급)

① 통행차량의 등록 신청을 받은 접경지세관장은 관세청장이 정하는 바에 따라 통행차량증명서를 발급한다.

② 제1항에 따른 통행차량증명서는 관세청장이 정하는 바에 따라 전자식 카드 또는 컴퓨터 판독용 부호가 부착된 증명서로 발급할 수 있다. 이 경우 접경지세관장은 증명서의 발급업무를 통일부장관에게 위탁할 수 있다.

③ 통행차량증명서의 발급 절차, 유효기간 등 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 관세청장이 정한다.
