건강기능식품에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(위원회의 운영)

①위원장은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다. <개정 2019.7.9>

②부위원장은 위원장을 보좌하고, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 때에는 위원장이 지명하는 부위원장이 위원장의 직무를 대행한다.

(2) The^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chairperson's체어퍼슨즈 behalf.비해^f프

③위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다. <개정 2019.7.9>

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

④회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤위원장은 식품의약품안전처장 또는 위원 3분의 1 이상의 회의소집 요구가 있을 때에는 지체없이 회의를 소집하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2013.3.23>
