Framework Act on the Construction Industry, Article 77 (Recommendation of Agreement)
위원회는 조정신청을 받으면 당사자에게 분쟁해결에 관한 합의를 권고할 수 있다.
Upon receiving an application for mediation, the Committee may recommend that the parties reach an agreement to settle the dispute.
