Enforcement Decree of the Building Management Act, Article 33 (Composition and Operation of the Central Building Accident Investigation Committee, etc.|9)

① 법 제46조제4항에 따른 중앙건축물사고조사위원회(이하 "중앙건축물사고조사위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 12명 이내의 위원으로 성별을 고려하여 구성하며, 위원장은 위원 중에서 국토교통부장관이 임명하거나 위촉한다.

② 중앙건축물사고조사위원회의 위원(이하 "조사위원"이라 한다)은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 국토교통부장관이 임명하거나 위촉한다.

2. 대학에서 건축물관리 분야 과목을 가르치는 부교수 이상으로 5년 이상 재직하고 있거나 재직했던 사람

③ 조사위원의 임기는 제36조제1항에 따른 사고조사 결과보고서를 제출하는 날까지로 한다.
