건축물관리법 시행령 제35조(건축물사고조사위원회의 구성ㆍ운영)

법 제46조제5항에 따른 건축물사고조사위원회(이하 "건축물사고조사위원회"라 한다)의 구성ㆍ운영에 관하여는 제33조 및 제34조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "중앙건축물사고조사위원회"는 "건축물사고조사위원회"로, "국토교통부장관"은 "특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장"으로, "조사위원"은 "건축물사고조사위원회의 위원"으로, "제36조제1항에 따른 사고조사 결과보고서"는 "제36조제2항에 따른 사고조사 결과보고서"로 본다.
