건축물의 분양에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조의2(분양 관련 정보의 종합관리)

① 국토교통부장관 또는 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사(이하 "국토교통부장관등"이라 한다)는 법 제8조의2제2항에 따라 허가권자, 건축물의 분양과 관련된 분양사업자 및 관련 기관ㆍ단체 등에 다음 각 호의 자료를 제출하도록 요청할 수 있다.

② 국토교통부장관등은 제1항에 따라 자료 제출을 요청하는 경우 법 제8조의2제3항에 따른 건축물 분양 정보관리체계(이하 "건축물분양정보관리체계"라 한다)를 통하여 해당 자료를 제출하도록 할 수 있다.

③ 국토교통부장관은 건축물분양정보관리체계의 효율적인 구축ㆍ운영 및 활용 촉진을 위하여 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행할 수 있다.

④ 국토교통부장관은 법 제8조의2제4항에 따라 건축물분양정보관리체계의 구축ㆍ운영 업무를 「한국부동산원법」에 따른 한국부동산원 또는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 인력ㆍ시설 등을 갖춘 공공기관ㆍ정부출연연구기관에 위탁할 수 있다.

⑤ 국토교통부장관은 제4항에 따라 업무를 위탁한 때에는 위탁받은 기관 및 위탁업무의 내용 등을 관보에 고시해야 한다.
