건축물의 분양에 관한 법률 시행령 제2조(적용 범위)

1. 「건축법 시행령」 별표 1 제14호나목2)에 따른 오피스텔(이하 "오피스텔"이라 한다)로서 30실(室) 이상인 것

3. 주택 외의 시설과 주택을 동일 건축물로 짓는 건축물 중 주택 외의 용도로 쓰이는 바닥면적(「건축법 시행령」 제119조제1항제3호에 따라 산정(算定)한 바닥면적을 말한다. 이하 같다)의 합계가 3천제곱미터 이상인 것
