건축사법 시행령 제29조(건축사사무소개설신고사항 등의 변경신고)

① 법 제27조에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 건축사사무소개설신고사항"이란 건축사사무소의 명칭을 말한다.

② 법 제27조에 따라 건축사사무소개설신고사항을 변경하거나 휴업 또는 폐업한 자는 그 사유가 발생한 날부터 30일 이내에 국토교통부령으로 정하는 신고서에 이를 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.2.11, 2020.9.8>
