건축사법 시행령 제30조의3(징계위원회의 위원장)

① 징계위원회의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)은 징계위원회를 대표하고, 징계위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(1) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Chairperson")체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee커미티 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

② 위원장은 법 제30조의3제5항에 따른 국토교통부장관의 요구에 따라 징계위원회를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(2) The^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee커미티 upon어판 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 under언더 Article아터클 30-3 (5) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 and앤드 shall섈 serve서^v브 as애즈 its잇츠 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer.오^f퍼서

③ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 국토교통부장관이 지명하는 징계위원회의 위원이 위원장의 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
