건축사법 시행령 제34조의3(공제조합의 등기)

① 공제조합은 법 제38조의4제1항에 따라 설립인가를 받으면 주사무소의 소재지에서 다음 각 호의 사항을 등기하여야 한다.

② 제1항 각 호의 등기사항에 변경이 있는 경우에는 그 변경이 발생한 날부터 3주 이내에 이를 등기하여야 한다. 다만, 제1항제6호에 따른 출자금 총액의 변경등기는 매 회계연도 말일을 기준으로 회계연도 종료 후에 하여야 한다.
