Enforcement Decree of the Act on Cycle Racing and Motorboat Racing, Article 23 (Scope of Entrusted Operators, etc.)

① 경주사업자가 법 제19조제1항에 따라 경주사업을 위탁할 수 있는 단체는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2010.8.4>

③제1항에 따라 경주사업을 위탁한 경우에 그 위탁받은 자에게 지급하여야 할 경주운영경비는 승자투표권 발매금액의 100분의 10을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 위탁자와 수탁자가 협의하여 정한다. <개정 2010.8.4>
