경륜ㆍ경정법 시행령 제29조(과태료의 부과기준)

① 법 제35조제1항에 따른 과태료의 부과기준은 별표 4와 같다.

② 문화체육관광부장관은 위반행위의 정도, 위반횟수, 위반행위의 동기와 그 결과 등을 고려하여 별표 4에 따른 과태료 금액의 2분의 1의 범위에서 그 금액을 가중하거나 감경할 수 있다. 다만, 가중하는 경우에도 법 제35조제1항에 따른 과태료 금액의 상한을 초과할 수 없다.
