경제자유구역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 특별법 시행령 제24조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 부위원장은 위원장을 보좌하고 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 때에는 위원장의 직무를 대행한다.

(2) The^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 act액트 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 grounds.그^r라운즈

③ 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

④ 위원장이 위원회의 회의를 소집하는 때에는 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 목적 등을 개회 3일전까지 위원에게 서면으로 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급을 요하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

(4) When웬 convening컨^v비닝 a어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 members멤버즈 in인 writing^r라이팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 date,데잇 time,타임 place,플레이스 and앤드 purpose퍼퍼스 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting미팅 at앳 least리스트 three^θ쓰^r리 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 meeting;미팅 provided,프^r러^v바이디드 that^ð댓 this^ð디스 shall섈 not낫 apply어플라이 in인 urgent얼전트 cases.케이시즈

⑤ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑥ 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 간사 1명을 두되, 간사는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 부서의 공무원 중에서 산업통상부장관이 임명한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

(6) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 who후 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade트^r레이드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 department디파트먼트 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade.트^r레이드

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영 등에 관하여 필요한 세부 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
