경찰공무원 교육훈련규정 제15조(수료 또는 졸업요건을 갖추지 못한 사람에 대한 조치)

① 경찰기관의 장은 제14조에 따른 수료요건 또는 졸업요건을 갖추지 못한 사람에 대해서는 한 차례에 한정하여 다시 해당 교육훈련을 받게 할 수 있다.

② 임용권자(「경찰공무원 임용령」 제4조제1항부터 제6항까지의 규정에 따라 임용권을 위임받은 자를 포함한다. 이하 같다), 임용제청권자 또는 임용추천권자는 제1항에 따라 다시 교육훈련을 받은 사람이 거듭 수료요건 또는 졸업요건을 갖추지 못한 경우로서 법 제28조제1항제2호에 따른 직권면직 사유에 해당된다고 인정되는 경우에는 같은 조 제2항에 따라 관할 징계위원회에 직권면직 동의를 요구할 수 있다.

③ 경찰기관의 장은 제2항에 따른 직권면직 처리 여부를 해당 교육훈련기관의 장에게 통보해야 한다.
