경찰공무원 교육훈련규정 제14조(수료 및 졸업)

① 각 교육훈련 과정은 100점 만점에 60점 이상의 성적을 받으면 수료요건을 갖춘 것으로 한다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 신임교육훈련 과정은 교육훈련기관의 장이 정하는 별도의 요건을 갖추고 졸업사정 절차를 통과하면 졸업요건을 갖춘 것으로 한다.

③ 교육훈련기관의 장은 제2항에 따른 졸업사정을 실시할 때 교육훈련 대상자의 생활기록 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 졸업 적격 여부를 심사해야 하며, 졸업사정 결과 경찰공무원으로서의 직무수행에 적합하지 않다고 인정되는 사람은 졸업시키지 않을 수 있다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 수료 또는 졸업에 필요한 세부 사항은 경찰청장의 승인을 받아 교육훈련기관의 장이 정한다.
