경찰공무원 임용령 제25조(전문직위에 임용된 경찰공무원의 전보제한 등)

① 임용권자 또는 임용제청권자는 「공무원임용령」 제43조의3에 따른 전문직위(이하 "전문직위"라 한다)에 임용된 경찰공무원을 해당 직위에 임용된 날부터 3년의 범위에서 경찰청장이 정하는 기간이 지나야 다른 직위에 전보할 수 있다. 다만, 직무수행요건이 같은 직위 간의 전보 등 경찰청장이 정하는 경우에는 기간에 관계없이 전보할 수 있다.
