경찰공무원 임용령 제33조(시험실시권의 위임)

① 경찰청장은 법 제20조제1항 단서에 따라 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 권한을 시ㆍ도경찰청장, 경찰대학의 장 또는 중앙경찰학교의 장에게 위임한다. 다만, 경찰청장은 시험출제 수준의 균형을 유지하기 위하여 특히 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 시험출제 업무를 직접 할 수 있다. <개정 2024.8.13, 2024.12.10, 2026.9.1>

② 경찰청장 또는 제1항에 따라 시험실시권의 위임을 받은 자(이하 "시험실시권자"라 한다)는 신규채용시험을 원활하게 실시하기 위하여 해당 시험과 관련 있는 행정기관의 장에게 시험장의 준비, 시험관리관의 파견 등 신규채용시험의 실시에 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다. <신설 2024.12.10>
