경찰공무원 징계령 제18조(경징계 등의 집행)

① 징계등 의결을 요구한 자는 경징계의 징계등 의결을 통지받았을 때에는 통지받은 날부터 15일 이내에 징계등을 집행하여야 한다.

② 징계등 의결을 요구한 자는 제1항에 따라 징계등 의결을 집행할 때에는 의결서 사본에 별지 제4호서식의 징계등 처분 사유 설명서를 첨부하여 징계등 처분 대상자에게 보내야 한다.
