경찰제복 및 경찰장비의 규제에 관한 법률 제11조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

이 법에 따른 경찰청장등의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 소속 기관의 장에게 위임하거나 다른 행정기관의 장 또는 관련 법인ㆍ단체에 위탁할 수 있다.
