고용보험법 시행령 제61조(구직신청과 수급자격 인정신청)

① 법 제42조에 따라 실업을 신고하려는 사람은 전산망을 통하여 「직업안정법」 제9조에 따른 구직신청을 해야 한다. <개정 2011.9.15, 2021.6.8>

② 제1항에 따라 구직신청을 한 사람은 수급자격 인정신청서를 자신의 거주지를 관할하는 직업안정기관의 장에게 제출하되, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 직업안정기관의 장에게 제출할 수 있다. <신설 2011.9.15, 2012.1.13>

③ 제1항에 따라 실업을 신고하려는 사람이 법 제42조제3항에 따라 사업주로부터 이직확인서를 발급받은 경우에는 이를 소재지 관할 직업안정기관의 장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2011.9.15, 2020.8.27, 2020.12.29, 2021.6.8>

④ 제2항에 따라 수급자격 인정신청서를 받은 직업안정기관(이하 "신청지 관할 직업안정기관"이라 한다)의 장은 법 제44조제2항에 따라 직업안정기관에 출석하여 실업의 인정을 받아야 할 날(이하 "실업인정일"이라 한다)을 지정하여 해당 신고인에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2011.9.15>
