고용보험법 시행령 제7조(피보험자격의 취득 또는 상실 신고 등)

① 사업주나 하수급인(下受給人)은 법 제15조에 따라 고용노동부장관에게 그 사업에 고용된 근로자의 피보험자격 취득 및 상실에 관한 사항을 신고하려는 경우에는 그 사유가 발생한 날이 속하는 달의 다음 달 15일까지(근로자가 그 기일 이전에 신고할 것을 요구하는 경우에는 지체 없이) 신고해야 한다. 이 경우 사업주나 하수급인이 해당하는 달에 고용한 일용근로자의 근로일수, 임금 등이 적힌 근로내용 확인신고서를 그 사유가 발생한 날의 다음 달 15일까지 고용노동부장관에게 제출한 경우에는 피보험자격의 취득 및 상실을 신고한 것으로 본다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2020.8.27>

② 고용산재보험료징수법 제11조제3항에 따라 사업의 개시 또는 종료 신고를 한 사업주는 제1항에 따른 신고기간 내에 고용노동부장관에게 피보험자격의 취득 또는 상실 신고를 해야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2021.6.8>
