고위공직자범죄수사처 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제41조(징계의결)

① 징계위원회는 사건심의를 마치면 재적위원 과반수의 찬성으로 징계를 의결한다.

(1) After애^f프터 completing컴플리팅 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 on안 a어 case,케이스 the^ð더 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee커미티 shall섈 resolve^r리잘^v브 on안 disciplinary디서플러네^r리 action액션 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members.멤버즈

② 위원장은 의결에서 표결권을 가지며, 찬성과 반대가 같은 수인 경우에는 결정권을 가진다.
