공동주택관리법 시행령 제9조(관리방법 결정 등의 신고)

법 제11조제3항에 따라 입주자대표회의의 회장은 공동주택 관리방법의 결정(위탁관리하는 방법을 선택한 경우에는 그 주택관리업자의 선정을 포함한다) 또는 변경결정에 관한 신고를 하려는 경우에는 그 결정일 또는 변경결정일부터 30일 이내에 신고서를 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2020.4.24>
