공동주택관리법 시행령 제97조(관리주체 등에 대한 감독)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제94조에 따라 관리주체 등에 대하여 공사의 중지, 원상복구 또는 그 밖에 필요한 조치를 명한 때에는 즉시 국토교통부장관에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2019.10.22, 2023.11.16>

② 법 제94조제2항에 따른 통보를 받은 관리주체는 같은 조 제3항에 따라 통보를 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 그 내용을 공동주택단지의 인터넷 홈페이지 및 동별 게시판에 7일 이상 공개해야 한다. 이 경우 동별 게시판에는 통보받은 일자, 통보한 기관 및 관계 부서, 주요 내용 및 조치사항 등을 요약하여 공개할 수 있다. <신설 2019.10.22>

③ 관리주체는 제2항에 따라 공개하는 내용에서 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조 각 호에 따른 고유식별정보 등 개인의 사생활의 비밀 또는 자유를 침해할 우려가 있는 정보는 제외해야 한다. <신설 2019.10.22>
