공무원연금법 시행령 제43조(퇴직연금ㆍ조기퇴직연금 및 비공무상 장해연금의 수급권 상실신고)

법 제43조제1항에 따른 퇴직연금의 수급자, 법 제43조제2항에 따른 조기퇴직연금의 수급자 및 법 제59조에 따른 비공무상 장해연금의 수급자가 사망하였을 때에는 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제85조에 따른 사망신고의무자는 사망일부터 30일 이내에 그 사실을 공단에 신고하여야 한다.
