공무원연금법 시행령 제63조(기여금 및 반납금의 납부)

① 기여금징수의무자가 기여금ㆍ반납금ㆍ환수금 등을 징수하거나 납부받았을 때에는 3일 이내에 법 제23조와 이 영 제16조에 따라 공단으로부터 수납업무를 위탁받은 경우 그 업무를 위탁받은 체신관서 또는 금융기관(이하 "수납기관"이라 한다)에 납입하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 기여금ㆍ반납금ㆍ환수금 등을 수납한 수납기관은 그 납부한 기관에 영수증과 입금통지서를 발급하여야 한다.
