공무원연금법 제8조(임원)

① 공단의 임원으로서 이사장 1명, 상임이사 3명, 비상임이사 5명 이내 및 감사 1명을 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Service서^v비스 shall섈 have해^v브 as애즈 officers오^f퍼서즈 one원 chairperson,체어퍼슨 three^θ쓰^r리 full-time^f풀-타임 directors,더^r렉터즈 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 five^f파이^v브 non-full-time난-^f풀-타임 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 one원 auditor.오디터

② 이사장의 임기는 3년으로 하고, 상임이사ㆍ비상임이사 및 감사의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 1년 단위로 연임될 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 three^θ쓰^r리 years이어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 full-time^f풀-타임 directors,더^r렉터즈 non-full-time난-^f풀-타임 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 is이즈 two투 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed^r리어포인티드 in인 units유넛츠 of어^v브 one원 year.이어

③ 이사장은 인사혁신처장의 제청에 의하여 대통령이 임면(任免)하고, 상임이사와 비상임이사는 이사장의 제청에 의하여 인사혁신처장이 임면한다. 이 경우 비상임이사는 공무원이거나 공무원이었던 사람이 포함되어야 한다.

⑤ 제3항과 제4항에 따른 임원(비상임이사는 제외한다)은 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제29조에 따른 임원추천위원회가 복수로 추천한 사람 중에서 임명한다.

⑥ 제3항에 따른 비상임이사는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제29조에 따른 임원추천위원회가 복수로 추천하여 같은 법 제8조에 따른 공공기관운영위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거친 사람 중에서 임명한다.
