공무원 재해보상법 시행규칙 제11조(관절의 운동장해 또는 기능장해 측정)

① 영 별표 3에 따른 관절에 운동장해 또는 기능장해가 남은 사람에 대한 장해 정도 측정은 의학적으로 공인된 측정방법으로 한다. 다만, 여러 종류의 측정방법이 있는 경우에는 가장 최근에 개발된 측정방법으로 하되, 운동장해 또는 기능장해의 정도가 명확히 표시되지 않는 경우에는 그 정도의 표시가 명확한 방법으로 한다. <개정 2022.9.8>

② 관절의 운동장해 또는 기능장해의 정도는 제1항에 따른 측정치와 별표 3의 비장해인의 신체 각 관절에 대한 평균 운동가능영역을 비교하여 산정한다. <개정 2022.9.8>

③ 제2항에 따라 해당 공무원등의 신체 각 관절의 운동가능영역을 측정할 때에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 방법으로 한다. <신설 2022.9.8>
