공소청법 제52조(검사의 겸임)

법무부와 그 소속 기관의 직원으로서 검사로 임명될 자격이 있는 사람은 검사를 겸임할 수 있다. 이 경우 그중 보수가 더 많은 직위의 보수를 받으며, 그 겸직 검사의 수는 제44조의 검사 정원에 포함하지 아니한다.
