공익법인의 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(설립등기등의 보고)

공익법인은 민법 제49조 내지 제52조의 규정에 의하여 법인설립등기등을 한 때에는 등기를 완료한 날로부터 7일 이내에 등기보고서를 주무관청에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 주무관청은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 1995.7.6, 2004.3.17, 2007.7.18, 2010.5.4, 2010.11.2>
