공익법인의 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(재산이전의 보고)

공익법인(재단법인에 한한다)의 설립허가를 받은 자는 그 허가를 받은 후 지체없이 출연재산을 법인에 이전하고 3개월 내에 그 이전을 증명하는 금융기관의 증명서(부동산등기부 등본으로 확인할 수 없는 경우로 한정한다)를 재산이전보고서(전자문서로 된 보고서를 포함한다)에 첨부하여 주무관청에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 주무관청은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 부동산등기부 등본을 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2004.3.17, 2007.7.18, 2010.5.4, 2010.11.2>
