과학기술기본법 시행령 제3조(중ㆍ장기 정책목표 및 방향의 설정)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제7조제1항에 따라 확정된 과학기술발전에 관한 중ㆍ장기 정책목표와 방향(이하 이 조에서 "중ㆍ장기정책목표등"이라 한다)을 관계행정기관장에게 통보하고 공표하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 중ㆍ장기정책목표등은 법 제13조에 따른 과학기술 발전 추세와 그에 따른 미래사회의 변화에 대한 예측 결과 및 우리나라의 연구개발 수행능력을 토대로 설정되어야 하며, 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19>
