Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment, Operation, and Fostering of Government-Funded Research Institutes in Science and Technology, Article 22 (Method and Criteria for Entrustment of Duties, etc.)

① 법 제30조제1항에 따라 연구기관 및 연구회가 그 업무의 일부를 위탁하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 계약 또는 협약을 위탁을 받을 자와 체결하여야 한다.
