과학기술인공제회법 제14조(임원의 직무)

① 이사장은 공제회를 대표하고 공제회의 운영과 사무를 총괄한다.

② 이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 공제회의 업무를 분장(分掌)하며, 이사장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 share셰어 in인 the^ð더 business비즈니스 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association,어소우시에이션 and앤드 where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf비해^f프 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

③ 감사는 공제회의 회계와 업무집행을 감사한다.

(3) The^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 audit오딧 the^ð디 accounting어카운팅 and앤드 execution엑서큐션 of어^v브 duties두티즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션
