Korea Scientists and Engineers Mutual-Aid Association Act, Article 6-2 (Membership Qualification Review Committee)

① 공제회에 다음 각 호의 사항을 심사하기 위하여 회원자격심사위원회(이하 "심사위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

1. 제6조에 따른 회원의 자격 판정기준 정립에 관한 사항

2. 회원 가입신청서를 제출한 사람이 제6조제2항제8호 또는 제10호에 해당하는지 여부(제6조제2항제8호 또는 제10호에 해당하다가 퇴직 등의 사유로 그에 해당하지 아니하게 된 경우를 포함한다)의 판정에 관한 사항

③ 심사위원장은 심사위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(3) The^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

④ 심사위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

⑤ 심사위원회의 사무를 처리할 간사 1명을 두고, 간사는 공제회 임직원 중에서 심사위원장이 지명하는 사람이 된다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 심사위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
