과학기술인공제회법 제7조(회원의 권리ㆍ의무)

① 회원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 급여를 받고 공제회의 운영에 참여하며 복지시설을 이용할 권리 등을 가진다.

(1) Members멤버즈 have해^v브 the^ð더 right^r라잇 to투 receive^r러시^v브 benefits,베너^f핏츠 participate파티서페잇 in인 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association,어소우시에이션 and앤드 use유스 welfare웰^f페어 facilities,^f퍼실러티즈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

② 회원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 부담금을 내고 공제회의 운영에 협조할 의무를 진다.

(2) Members멤버즈 have해^v브 the^ð디 obligation아블러게이션 to투 pay페이 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 and앤드 cooperate코아퍼^r레잇 in인 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association,어소우시에이션 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

③ 회원은 그 자격이 상실되거나 본인의 신청으로 공제회를 탈퇴한 경우에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 본인이 낸 부담금 등의 반환을 청구할 수 있다.
