① 제269조제1항(제271조제3항에 따라 그 죄를 범할 목적으로 예비를 한 자를 포함한다)의 경우에는 그 물품을 몰수한다. <개정 2019.12.31>

1. 제154조의 보세구역에 제157조에 따라 신고를 한 후 반입한 외국물품
